Calbas Plaza Residence

Calbas Plaza Residence is a residential project that consists of 53 Cunucus and one Club House with Pool area and Playground. Calbas Plaza started back in 2002 and is now entering its final stage.

Calbas Plaza Residence promises to be very special, considering the fact that this typical traditional colonial-type house project (Cunucu Houses) is to be considered a tribute to the original Aruban architecture. These houses feature two or three bedrooms with the commodities of today in mind. Upon request, we can build a 'second floor' in the mid-section of the house (due to a high roof design). We can also change the layout to satisfy your needs and wants.
